  Plan ahead! Fair prices and prompt customer service reply to my emails get them 2 stars. But be warned that delivery to USA can take 10-25 business days (which they don't tell you upfront, but rather in reply to my email wondering where my book is).
  
  My confirmation email when the book shipped was misleading and said the book "has now dispatched and should be with you within 4-10 days". I ordered in mid Nov and still no book 1 month later. Wouldn't mind waiting if I had known upfront and could plan accordingly, but this was supposed to be a gift and I don't know if it will arrive in time.

  Delivery was slow and I didn't hear anything for a week so had to call up and chase. I was told that I would receive it on Wednesday which I did not. I won't order from here again as service is slow and the website provides misleading information regarding delivery times, stating 3-4 days - this was definitely not the case and this is inaccurate and unreliable. It is best to avoid this company for piece of mind.
