  Trying to sort out Debit card query, phoned the RBS helpline and gave up after two attemps each lasting several minutes, tried the web chat and gave up frustrated and eventually tried my own branch and again gave up after phone ringing out and unanswered. Not the service I have been used to in the past.....obviously more fat cats and less staff in preparation for the William and Glynn take over. I would complain but this too looks to be over complicated?
