  After struggling with another local company and having had no heating or hot water for 5 days I rang asking for help and explained my husband was disabled and in a wheelchair. We urgently needed help. At very short notice after speaking with Debbie and explaining our situation an engineer arrived at our house within 15mins. He was very thorough and found the problem , working outside on a bitterly cold very windy day. I am delighted to say that we now have hot water and joy of joys heat in the house again . A huge thanks for your help I cant begin to say just how impressed we are with your company . To anyone else reading this review we cannot recommend this company highly enough. Thank you.
