  STAY AWAY, ABSOLUTE DISGRACE AND SHAMBLES OF A COMPANY
  
  This company doesnt even warrant a 1 star, after waking at 4am 3 months ago to my kitchen ceiling falling down, we still have got absolutley know were. They sent their loss adjusters out a week after it had happened who did a quick inspection and said because we dont know the exact reason the ceiling fell we have no claim, even though there is a blatent water mark on the ceiling under were our boiler is, they didnt feel to see if it was wet, didnt ask for the pictures of when it happened we had to ask them if they wanted them, he basically just wanted to be in and out, we have phoned payment shield numerous times, each time the member off staff not knowing our story as they have no record on their computer, been passed on to their loss adjusters and then back again. We then made an official complaint which we were told we had to wait 8 weeks for a letter of reply, we are now into around week 12 and no letter. We have spoken to them a few times after the 8 week window to be fobbed off time and time again, the last time being saturday this week, with an absolute promise from one of their staff they would get to the bottom of it and ring us Monday, suprise suprise no phone call. We have been with Payment shield 15yrs, never made a claim in all that time, yet our monthly payments are now ridiculus and now when we need them this is how you get treat. We will now be taking this as far as we can and will be contacting the financial ombudsman and going to small claims court, we have been treat like nothing and in the mean time im living in a building site with christmas just around the corner
